Stamford's bound brief to the Locating Committee for Technological College is 68 pages, back and front, and includes the brief statement; addresses climatic, water and accessibility issues; presents information on the proposed site for the college; and includes several photographs pasted into the book along with three oversized, fold out maps at the back.
