The PDF for the 6/1/68 meeting is 245 pages long and covers topics such as: the naming of Joseph Henry Shine and Willard Forest Williams as Horn Professors; the naming of Ethel Jane Beitler, William Curry Holden, and Gordon Fuller as professors emeritus; unanimous vote to renew the application for a Medical School with the Coordinating Board; Grover Murray's appointment to the National Science Board; adoption of a Statement Regarding Conduct; and numerous building project updates including funding for the Wiggins Complex, approval for installation of a self-service postal unit in the College Bookstore, and approval to remove the sheep and goat facilities and the farm residence northwest of the Wiggins Complex to make room for the Law School.
