Includes a glossary of Indian and Spanish names.Item Outland(New York, Boni and Liveright, 1919) Austin, Mary Hunter, 1868-1934.Originally published in London in 1910 under the pseudonym Gordon Stairs, this novel describes an independent woman's encounter with a group of people who live in the wilderness, speak their own language and keep their own ways. A trail leads to the "Wood People," who are also called "Outliers."
